Gum treatment

Many adults suffer from gum disease because of tartar accumulation on their teeth. Tartar contains harmful bacteria that spread under the gums, causing swelling and infection.

The most common type of gum disease is gingivitis. When left untreated, it can develop into periodontitis, a much more serious problem that can lead to tooth loss.

Treating affected gums is crucial. To do so, we’ll prepare a personalized treatment plan to eliminate tartar and curtail the disease. First, non-surgical interventions will include cleaning and disinfecting teeth and gums. If these procedures are not enough, surgical options will be considered.
