Implant-supported crowns and bridges

One or several missing teeth can lead to many oral health problems. For example, healthy teeth can migrate toward the empty space. This is caused by the lack of a root in the gums. Speech can also be affected and digestive problems can occur because of difficulties in chewing.

To remedy the situation, missing teeth need to be replaced. When only one tooth is missing, we recommend an implant-supported crown, which is an artificial tooth secured to an implant. The implant acts like the root of the tooth. To replace several missing teeth, whether they are adjoining or not, we’ll use an implant-supported bridge. The bridge can be either permanent or removable, depending on the mechanism used.

Crowns and bridges are always made to perfectly match your natural teeth.
